This notice explains what information Major League Activation LLC ("we," "us") collects through www.majorleagueactivation.com (the "Site") and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Please do not include health information in the contact form. The form is for introductions only. It is not designed to store medical details such as diagnoses, injury history, or medications. If we work together, any intake details are collected separately through a dedicated intake process.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of a visit. This is used to operate and secure the Site.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we measure traffic, we use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.
Links to third-party sites, such as Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, or X, take you to services with their own privacy policies and cookies. Amazon may record that you arrived from an affiliate link.
How we use information

- To follow up with next steps and send an invoice if we agree to work together.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the Site and our business:
- Netlify hosts the Site and processes contact form submissions.
- Microsoft 365 delivers and stores email sent to contact@majorleagueactivation.com.
- QuickBooks is used to send invoices to clients.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention
We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to maintain normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us, or to stop emailing you, by writing to contact@majorleagueactivation.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the Site. Parents or guardians of youth athletes should contact us on the athlete's behalf.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
