The content on this Site, including blog posts, exercise suggestions, and equipment recommendations, is for general educational purposes only. Services
Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) and Neubie sessions are provided in person at the location listed on the Site. Submitting the contact form is a request to work together, not a booking or a contract. If it's a fit, we will follow up by email with next steps. Fees, packages, and any package expiration are described on the FAQ page and in the invoice you receive. Payment is made by invoice outside of this Site. We do not accept payments on the Site.
We are not a medical or physical therapy practice and do not bill insurance. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Testimonials
Testimonials on the Site reflect the experience of the individuals who gave them. Your experience may be different. Testimonials are not a guarantee or promise of any result. We do not pay for testimonials.
